By signing up and actively using the dolcevita-mails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. dolcevita-mails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with dolcevita-mails.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the dolcevita-mails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be able to read English. If you have check the "Can't read English" keyword box, your account will be suspended. Our advertisers pay for their ads and we expect from our members that they will read the emails. Therefore you will be paid. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer and Internet ISP must not be shared with another individual that has an existing dolcevita-mails.com account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your dolcevita-mails.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by dolcevita-mails.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with dolcevita-mails.com . You agree to receive e-mail advertising from dolcevita-mails.com . limited to no more than (200) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from dolcevita-mails.com , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. We respect you and we expect the same from you. We won't tolerate flaming in any way.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and dolcevita-mails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and dolcevita-mails.com . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of dolcevita-mails.com . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Site Statement and Disclosure: This site is not a MLM program. We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service. This is not a get rich scheme. You will not get rich by using our program. We are an internet advertising program in which you receive payment soley on the work you perform

Limitation of Liability:
dolcevita-mails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or dolcevita-mails.com program, even if dolcevita-mails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, dolcevita-mails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.

Cheat Links and Banners:
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked DO NOT CLICK. If you click these links or banners your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited. Bot checkers are used.

Searching:
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account could be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline canceled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. NOTE: If you are caught clicking search links OR having search chosen as an interest...Your account will be deleted!).

Selling An Account:
We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account. Anyone caught selling their account without permission of the webmistress will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited.

Paid To Sign Up:
Members will be paid for each valid sign up performed through our Paid to Sign Up Section. You must include the welcome email for the site you signed up for in the area provided (be sure to remove your password from this email). Members who enter anything else besides the welcome email will not receive credit and their accounts will be charged 5 cents for each invalid entry the submit. Members also understand they must remain an active member of the program signed up for for 30 days and ONLY after that they will be CREDITED!.

Inactive Members:
YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS TO STAY ACTIVE!! In the event you do not click a link in 30 days your account will be deleted for inactivity and you will loose all earnings and referrals. Please keep your account active as your account will not be fixed if it is deleted. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 30 days must email the webmistress to ask for permission to extend their inactivity.

Downline Credit:
You must be active in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.

Advertising:
Dolcevita-mails reserves the right to refuse advertising for certain sites that are not in compliance with our terms. To advertise with our company, you must be aware of the following rules: These are simple but have to be followed: Advertising not accepted: Any site that list directly or by their sponsors: Sexist, racial, sexual or violence in anyways. No Gambling Sites or Sites that sells any type of Pharmaceutical Products If someone purchases or redeems their ad(s) for something related to the above mentioned unacceptable sites they will lose their money and/or earnings and will not be refunded. Also, if you buy an advertisement, we cannot guaranteed any click through rate unless you buy for a guaranteed number of visitors,which will be deliver on time. No refund will be given unless we are unable to give you what you bought for. Once an ad is placed there will be NO CHANGING of the link unless there is an error in the link. You cannot keep changing the link to different sites.

Payments:
Must Earn 10% of Payout from on site Earnings
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by dolcevita-mails.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the dolcevita-mails.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by dolcevita-mails.com.

dolcevita-mails.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by dolcevita-mails.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days!

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with dolcevita-mails.com and may result in legal prosecution. dolcevita-mails.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. dolcevita-mails.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. dolcevita-mails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

INACTIVITY
Member who dont' click at less ONE ads in the site for 30 day are considered inactive and get suspended, then they get deleted after 40 day.
